Executive Cultivation + Operations Advisor | Cultivation Executive + Data Badger Emily Kowalski is a transformational leader in cultivation and operations within the cannabis industry. She engages diverse teams of innovators to turn data into decisions into outcomes. In her role as Vice President of Cultivation at LeafLife Labs, one of two medical cannabis companies serving the patients of Minnesota, she utilized leading edge technology and a systems-approach to improve yield quantity and quality. Emily never settles for status quo and digs deep into data to drive quality and efficiency within operations. She brings a decade of experience in horticulture, propagation, operations, greenhouse and outdoor nursery production, and data science. Emily received her B.S. in Horticulture from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and resides in St. Paul, Minnesota with her wife and children. When not attending to growing people or plants, you will find her enjoying a golf course or a microbrewery. |
